An unopened bottle is good to be used within 12 months. Once opened refrigerate and its best used within 4-6 weeks.
can i make it with hot water?
We recommend using cold water. It mixes best when a shaker is used.
What is the fat in this derived from?
The fat comes from the whey protein.
Can I have this if I am lactose intolerant?
We do not advise consuming if you have lactose intolerance. However, our protein coffee has less than 1g of lactose per serving, far less than a cup of whole milk which generally has 9-12gs of lactose.
Do I need to add MCT oil and creamer?
